Responsible for a team of seasoned professionals tasked with evaluating customer relationships and creating / delivering bespoke supply and demand side strategies. Lead the development of new complex commodity and non-commodity offerings, as well as partner with the Innovations and Renewable Energy teams to roll out effective solutions across the NRG Business footprint. Further, partner with regional Managing Directors to develop go-to-market strategies for standard and complex product offerings geared to increase market share across the C&I landscape.
Charged with day to day leadership of the Sales Support function. Primary responsibility of this group entails oversight of the operational transaction lifecycle; ensuring contracts flow to downstream processes for in accordance with Operations and utility guidelines. Play a vital role in the NRG Business retail platform integration activities via workstream leadership.

- Implementing cost allocation and contracting models that ensure large loads fund required infrastructure while protecting other customer classes
- Defining firm and non-firm load commitments with flexible terms, collateral and interruption provisions to balance renewable integration and reliability
- Tailoring agreements to customer type—hyperscalers, enterprise and colocation—to enable speed, fairness and long-term investment certainty
- Assessing end-user priorities to tailor solutions that align with shifting demands for speed, technology type, pricing models and sustainability goals
- Designing flexible power strategies that consider existing generation for near-term reliability with new build commitments for long-term additionality
