James Tonrey is an Analyst on National Grid’s U.S. Policy and Regulatory Strategy team, supporting development of regulatory positioning on emergent issues across the company’s New York and New England electric businesses. He recently has supported strategy development on novel cost allocation and recovery issues driven by large commercial and industrial load requests. James is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
